A waterfront mansion in Miami Beach sold for $25 million, nearly doubling in value in two years.

The 4412 North Bay Road Land Trust, with Boca Raton-based Kahan & Klinger P.A. as trustee, sold the 9,245-square-foot home at 4412 North Bay Road to TFT4412 Nbay LLC. The buyer is a Delaware-registered company, so it’s not clear who owns it.

Jill Hertzberg of the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker listed the home, while the buyer worked with Farid Moussallem of Compass. The price equated to $2,704 per square foot.

In May 2019, the home sold for $13 million . The huge increase in price shows how much demand has grown for luxury homes in Miami Beach over the past year or so.

Built on the 16,362-square-foot lot along Biscayne Bay in 2010, the home has seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a pool, a fountain, a dock, a detached office, and an enclosed courtyard.
