Three months after placing their Encino, CA, mansion on the market, the pop star Joe Jonas and his wife, the actress Sophie Turner , have snagged a Miami mansion for $11 million, the Real Deal reported .
The South Florida home had been on the market for nearly a year, after debuting last September at a price of $12 million.
Built in 1980 and recently renovated with “no expense spared,” the 10,416-square-foot abode features six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.
