Aviation executive Salvatore Calvino sold his mansion along the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton for $16 million.

The 9,967-square-foot home at 2633 Spanish River Road was purchased by the Spanish River Road Land Trust, with attorney Nicholas G. Milano as trustee. The $11 million mortgage from JPMorgan Chase Bank listed the address of the borrower as 2774 Turtle Lake Drive in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. That home is owned by Jay Schreibman , the area chairman of Arthur J. Gallagher insurance in Michigan and the former owner and CEO of LSG Insurance Partners. Gallagher bought LSG for $246 million in 2019.

Calvino is the executive chairman of aviation services company Fortbrand Services in Plainview, New York and the chairman of Odyssey Aviation in Bonita Springs. He also owns the nearby home at 2989 Spanish River Road.

The sale was brokered by Joseph G. Liguori , Carmen D. D’Angelo and Gerard P. Liguori of Premier Estate Properties. The price equated to $1,605 a square foot.

The home was built on the 0.41-acre site in 2021. This is the first time it has sold.

It features six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a bar, a pool, a dock, a summer kitchen, a cabana, and an elevator.
