Woodside mansion across from home owned by Larry Ellison is for sale for $110 million

A sprawling Italian villa-style compound in Woodside, currently the Bay Area’s priciest listing, is for sale for $110 million. Nestled in the Silicon Valley city’s “billionaire’s row,” the home sits across from a property owned by tech mogul and Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison. The newly-constructed home sits on three acres.

It comprises four separate buildings including a two-story main residence, a spa/salon, a guest house, and an office structure. Each building touts retractable glass walls, limestone and French oak floors as well as Italian marble features. The main residence is 14,000 square feet with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It includes a theater, golf simulator lounge and wine salon that can hold 6,000 bottles.

If you work from home, steps away is a 1,500-square-foot office space with a conference room. Also on the grounds is a 1,000-square-foot fitness center with a hair salon and a massage room. The fitness center is adjacent to the yoga terrace, pool, spa and outdoor kitchen. The property is also well-landscaped with an amphitheater-style lawn along with olive trees, flower gardens and a private hiking trail.

Scott Dancer with Compass is the listing agent.

The home spent four years under construction and was last sold in 2018 for $6.78 million, according to public records.
