This is the Chino Hills native’s second home in Southern California. (Tim Heitman/AP) SHERMAN OAKS, CA — Chicago Bulls point guard and former Lakers player Lonzo Ball has used some of his $85 million contract to buy a $7.25 million Sherman Oaks mansion, numerous outlets reported.
The 6,200-square foot mansion was built in 1974 and renovated last year, according to Dirt . The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom-house offers far reaching views of the city and mountains, in addition to an infinity-edge pool, two fire pits, outdoor barbecue, cabana, wet bar, and outdoor kitchen. The main bedroom suite offers a fireplace, office area, dressing room, and marble bedroom, while the open kitchen features an eat-in island and top-notch appliances, according to the listing from Jonathan Nash and Stephen Resnick of Hilton & Hyland.
The home, which is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and not viewable from the street, also features a two-car garage that’s been converted to a guest studio with a kitchenette and full bath.
