Australian actor Hugh Jackman has listed his palatial New York City condo on the market with a USD $38.9 million ($55 million) asking price.

There are myriad luxuries with an abode such as this, but some notable standouts include a vast professional kitchen with pantry, guest suite, floor-to-ceiling windows and a grand spiral staircase that connects all three floors.

The 10th floor is also occupied exclusively by the home’s master suite, which benefits from a raft of features such as two dressing rooms, a spa, sauna and even a dedicated workout space. According to reports, the Wolverine actor picked up the highly desirable pad back in 2008, paying USD $21 million ($29.6 million) at the time.
