1 of 69 Aaron Sprague, owner of luxury motorcycle dealership Euro Cycles, is selling his giant, geometric glass compound in St. Petersburg.

Located at 3998 Coquina Key Dr. SE , the 3,704-square-foot ultra-modern waterfront home was built in 2006, and comes with four bedrooms, and four bathrooms, as well as folding glass Nannawalls , a floating staircase, a loft with a bar, an infinity edge pool and spa, and more.

Sprague bought St. Pete-based health care supply company, Core Medical LLC, in 2006. Then in 2011, switched gears and decided to buy Euro Cycles, which has locations in Odessa, Daytona Beach and Orlando. Last year, the company was sued by the City of St. Petersburg for failing to build a 20,000 square-foot motorcycle showroom on city-owned land along 22nd Street South.

According to property records, Sprague bought the home in 2018 for $1,350,000, and is currently listing it at $2,200,000. The listing agent for the home is Jennifer Thayer of Keller Williams St. Pete.
