Attorney buys new Palm Beach County mansion for $23M

Attorney Philipp Kirschbaum , who is also a partner at a German company, paid $22.6 million for a recently completed mansion in Boca Raton.

Steven R. Dingle , as co-owner of Boca Raton-based homebuilder SRD Building Corp., sold the 11,468-square-foot home at 298 W. Key Palm Road, in the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. David W. Roberts of Royal Palm Properties represented the seller in the deal, while Emanuel Fleurantin with Woyce Realty Investments & Consulting worked with the buyer.

The price equated to $1,971 a square foot.

Situated on a 0.61-acre lot along a canal leading to the Intracoastal Waterway, the home features six bedrooms, eight bathroom, two half-bathrooms, a five-car garage, a Crestron smart-home system, a pool, a balcony, an office with a glass wall into the garage, a waterfall entrance feature, a dock and a summer kitchen.
