According to an analysis of the Pittsburgh Business Times’ Leads section, million-dollar home sales recorded in 2021 so far suggest the market is starting to pick up where 2020 left off ― where a record number of seven-figure homes were sold throughout the region. It also comes at a time when the high-end home market is facing low inventory , which is driving up prices beyond initial asking rates throughout the region.
