A company known to be tied to fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Hilfiger , purchased a Palm Beach mansion for $21 million.
The deed listed Donald R. Dizney , the chairman of Orlando-based United Medical Corp., and his wife, Irene S. Dizney , as the sellers of the 5,047-square-foot home at 313 Dunbar Road to Vella Deniz LLC.
Hilfiger was disclosed as the head of Villa Deniz LLC when the company listed a Golden Beach mansion for sale in 2017. Villa Deniz just sold that home for $24 million. Villa Deniz LLC was also used to sell a Palm Beach mansion for $35 million in 2018 and to buy another Palm Beach home for $9 million in March. When Villa Deniz LLC filed a notice of commencement in March to install a generator at the new Palm Beach home, Hilfiger signed the document.
Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate listed the home at 313 Dunbar Road. The price equated to $4,161 per square foot. JPMorgan Chase Bank provided a $14.7 million mortgage to the buyer.
The Dizneys built the home on the 0.33-acre site along the Intracoastal Waterway in 2006. It features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a pool, a putting green and a dock. Large hedges around the home give it plenty of privacy.
Donald Dizney leads United Medical Corp., an owner of health care properties. He’s a big donor to the University of Florida, with the college’s soccer/lacrosse stadium named in his honor, and an owner of thoroughbred racehorses.
