Zedd Lists Modern Beverly Hills Mansion for $26.5 Million

Anton Zaslavski—better known to fans as Zedd— is ready to leave his ultra-modern mansion in Beverly Hills behind. We don’t know where he plans to live next, but the Grammy-winning DJ has listed his 11,043-square-foot, five-bedroom, nine-bathroom dwelling for $26.5 million, reports Dirt .

The boxy home, which features plenty of glass, was built in 2016, and Zedd moved in the following year. In 2018, AD visited the Clarity producer there, and he showed off some of its more unusual features—like the Skittles machine and the dining table with built-in hibachi grills—and its luxe ones, like the outdoor kitchen and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with electronic blackout curtains in the main bedroom.

Despite how angular the home is (“I’ve always been into really modern, slick, sharp corners,” said Zedd), there are numerous natural elements that soften the space. For example, visitors walk over a pool of water to reach the large front door. This water feature extends inside, and on the other side of the entryway is an indoor olive tree. Unfortunately, the next owners of the house might inherit a fake tree, as Zedd said in 2018 that the original tree was dying and that he had plans to replace it. Zedd paid $16 million for the home, which, he said, he initially thought was too expensive. “I asked if I could look at it for inspiration—like, if I wanted to build my own house. I drove down the gate of the house and my brain went immediately to: This is something Steve Jobs would have enjoyed, ” he said. “I walked in here and it was so perfect.”
