Liam Payne is selling the Surrey home he previously shared with Cheryl Tweedy for £6.5million.

The One Direction singer, 28, purchased the five- bedroom mansion in March 2015, shortly before the former X Factor judge moved in.

But weeks after rekindling his relationship with Maya Henry, Liam is looking for a fresh start and hopes to make a £1.5 million profit on the lavish Georgian-style property, 18 months after putting the house on the rental market for a staggering £8,000 a week. The property, which backs onto a posh golf course, boasts a fully-equipped gymnasium and hot yoga room in the main house, plus a cinema and games room which Liam has filled with retro pinball machines and full size snooker table.

There is also a swimming pool and tennis court with artificial grass, also used as a football pitch.
