The Lake Tahoe ranch that was featured in the TV series “Bonanza” almost beat the record in 2020, but ultimately sold for $38 million.
California Senator Dianne Feinstein is also selling her five-acre Lake Tahoe compound. This property, which was just relisted for $41 million, includes a main house and two guest houses.
