Las Vegas mansion listed for $2M has oddities that some call ‘culty’

When living it up in Las Vegas, Nevada, fleeting images often include gambling, nightclubs, Cirque du Soleil, possibly Tom Jones.

And though it’s not often when the real estate market enters the picture, this mansion listed for $2 million certainly has social media’s attention.

At least, if you don’t mind “suggestive cult chic” decor.

When one first glances at photos of the seven-bedroom, 15-bathroom, 14,336 square-foot estate, it’s clear that posh property has a lot to offer, including a large amount of space that apppears perfect for entertaining, and some pretty elaborate features like an indoor heated pool in its own building and “baths galore,” the listing on Zillow.com describes.

But the popular Twitter account, The Best of Zillow, took aim at some other standout aspects of the home: like the multiple bunk beds, and, what looks like… a council room?

“The secret basement pantry, the council room, and the unnecessary amount of extra beds makes this one just culty enough, ” the account tweeted.

Fans of the account started chiming in with their own thoughts and jokes regarding the mansion. You have to admit though — that pantry within a pantry is pretty cool.

In addition to the main house, there’s also a two-car garage with a 600 square-foot apartment complete with its own kitchenette and half-bath and a carriage house with a couple additional bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room. The property also has a rose garden, built-in grill and “lush landscape with palms from front to back,” the listing describes.
