Thompson Mansion in Inola being auctioned off

INOLA, Okla. — A house Oklahoma drivers are sure to spot in Inola, just off Highway 412, is now going to auction.

The Thompson Mansion sits on 27 acres, sporting eight bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and a heated saltwater pool. While it was originally built as a home, the property is also being advertised as an event or wedding venue. The lower patio alone can hold up to 300 guests.

According to Williams & Williams Real Estate, the company auctioning off this property, says the house was built in 1981 with upgrades in 2017. Adding to the luxury, marble in several of the rooms was imported from Italy, two custom chandeliers are finished in 25 karat gold and all the curated art will come with the house.

Anyone can bid onsite on April 15 starting at noon or online . The house will be open for inspections March 13 and April 3.
