Firm of tech executives buys new Miami Beach mansion for $22M

A company managed by Thomas R. Kennedy Jr. and Patricia “Trish” W. Kennedy , the co-founders of tech company Zudy, paid $21.5 million for a new mansion on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach.

Benco Brasil Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company managed by Dario Leonardo Conca and Paula Shayene Cruz De Araujo , sold the 10,684-square-foot home at 55 E. San Marino Dr. The buyer was 55 E San Mario Dr LLC, managed by the Kennedys. Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty represented the seller in the deal while Eric Grabois with Envision Realty Group worked with the buyer.

The price equated to $2,012 a square foot.

Situated on a 22,685-square-foot lot along Biscayne Bay, the home features six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a gym, a media room, a pool and a dock. It was designed by Brazilian architect Arthur Casas.

Thomas Kennedy Is the chief technology officer and Trish Kennedy is the chief operating officer of Miami Beach-based Zudy, a software company that allows people to build apps.
