The outdoor space has a large saltwater swimming pool and a relaxing lounge area surrounded by sprawling, manicured gardens with oak, lemon, orange and mango trees.

House-proud Elle previously spoke to Architectural Digest about her decision to purchase the Normandy-inspired mansion.

Elle admitted that, while this property didn’t ooze the Miami aesthetic she was in the market for, it somehow still felt like home. ‘This place is so different from what I had in mind, but I believe in being openhearted and open-minded in life, and this space and location just felt right,’ she said.

Since snapping up the home, Elle has filled its walls with expensive artworks, while making the aesthetic decision to furnish the rooms with minimal, understated furniture.

‘I wanted the house to feel effortless, eclectic, and fun, with no pretension. But it still had to feel considered. Less is more, but it can also be more challenging. It requires discipline and editing,’ she told Architectural Digest.
