NBA star Josh Richardson is looking to score a buyer for his $11.5 million waterfront mansion in Miami .

Now with the San Antonio Spurs , the 28-year-old is cutting a major tie to South Florida by selling the home he bought for $4,150,000 in 2018, when he was playing for the Miami Heat .

The list price reflects the sky-high demand for homes in South Florida, and Richardson stands to make quite a payday.

The waterfront home offers views of the bay and the downtown skyline. The 5,309-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It comes with 240 feet of water frontage.

The contemporary build includes a great room, eat-in kitchen, formal dining and living rooms, and a home theater. The primary suite includes a seating area and opens out to a covered terrace. A second-floor deck overlooks the pool and yard, which includes a basketball hoop. The half-acre lot boasts an infinity pool with a sundeck, fire bowls, a kitchen, grassy lawn, and dock. In early 2020, Richardson talked about his Miami home and the iguanas he found residing in his backyard.
