The former CEO of Cadbury is his selling his Florida mansion for $20 million

The former chief executive officer of Cadbury, the company known for their Easter-spawned goo-filled chocolate eggs, is selling his Sarasota County Mansion.

Located at 1312 Casey Key Rd . in Nokomis, the 11,785 square-foot home was built in 2014 by Todd Stitzer and his wife, Marenda, and sits on a one-acre lot with access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Blackburn Bay.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house comes with an elevator, a gazebo, an infinity pool, a sauna, a dock, 100 feet of private beachfront, and more.

Stitzer served as the CEO of Cadbury from 2003-2010, when he resigned a day after Kraft Foods Inc. purchased Cadbury in what was reportedly a hostile takeover.

According to the Wall Street Journal , Stitzer decided to build this particular Casey Key house shortly after his departure, and modeled it after a yellow clapboard house they saw on their Bermuda honeymoon in 1977.

The home is now asking $20 million and the listing agents are Valerie Dall’Acqua and Lisa Napolitano of Premier Sotheby’s Intl Realty.
