Fund manager Mike Messara took just two weeks to score a sold sticker on his Mosman investment mansion on Monday, pocketing what sources say is more than $25 million.
At that level, the result is the second-highest house sale in the Sydney suburb and returns Messara a handsome capital gain of more than $3 million in just 16 months.
