Ryan Zimmerman, the recently retired Washington Nationals standout, has put his former Great Falls mansion in Virginia on the market.

The 13,232-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath home at 524 Innsbruck Ave., built by McLean, Virginia’s Galileo, sits on five acres. It was first listed in April for $8.5 million, according to Realtor.com, removed in June and relisted last week for $7.9 million by Wetherly Barker Hemeon and Karen Barker of the Barker Team at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, UrbanTurf reported .
Zimmerman, known as Mr. National, was drafted in 2005. He retired from Major League Baseball after the 2021 season having played his entire career for the Nationals. His No. 11 was retired by the team this summer.
His family isn’t leaving town. He recently acquired a newly constructed 20,000-square-foot, 11-bedroom home in McLean, per Realtor.com .
Inside, the Innsbruck Avenue home includes a main-level primary suite with gas fireplace, garden views, private patio, two dressing rooms and en suite bath with large walk-in shower and soaking tub.
