A mansion in Key Biscayne sold for $14.9 million, only the ninth sale of a waterfront home on the island since 2018.

Liero SA, a Panama corporation that listed Maria Del Carmen Dominguez Macaya as its sole shareholder, sold the 7,004-square-foot home at 260 Harbor Drive to Mawk Property LLC, managed by Alexandra Klim-Wiren and Carl M. Wiren . Klim-Wiren is well-known in Germany as a television personality, news anchor and actress/producer of films such as “Black Butterfly.”

The price equated to $2,127 per square foot. The home was built on the 20,000-square-foot lot along Biscayne Bay in 2014. This is the first time it sold.

It features five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an elevator, a terrace overlooking the bay, a pool, a wine cellar, a library, and an attic room.

The seller was represented by Brigitte De Langeron of Fortune International Realty, while the buyer worked with David De Leon of Compass.
