USF basketball coach Brian Gregory is selling his waterfront Tampa mansion

Located at 9811 Bay Island Dr. , the 7,006-square-foot Mediterranean home comes with six-bedrooms and seven-bathrooms, as well as a theater, a game room, outdoor kitchen, wine cellar, multiple fireplaces, infinity pool with heated spa, a dock with a 13,000-pound boat lift, and direct access to Tampa Bay.

Gregory signed a six-year, $6.6 million contract with the Bulls back in 2017. He started his coaching career as an assistant under Tom Izzo at Michigan State, and before landing at the Bulls, led other Division I teams like Dayton and Georgia Tech. So far, Gregory has only logged one winning season as head coach with USF. But it certainly looks like coach is going for a big win with this house. According to property records, Gregory and his wife, Yvette, purchased the home in 2017 for $1,750,000. It’s currently asking $2,125,000.
