Michel Combes , the president of SoftBank Group International and the last-ever CEO of Sprint Corp., purchased a waterfront mansion in Key Biscayne, Florida, for $15.25 million.

Combes left Sprint following its merger with T-Mobile. He was named president of SoftBank Group International in April 2020. SoftBank has established a major presence in Miami, setting up offices and making investments in local companies and educational initiatives. He’s also on the board of SoFi, an online personal finance company.

His wife, Christie Sandra Julien Combes , signed the mortgage. She’s a French concert pianist.

Their 7,495-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, large balconies, a roof deck, a summer kitchen, a family room on the third floor, a bar, a pool and a dock.

The home was built on a 15,300-square-foot site along the South Basin harbor in 2019. It was constructed by South Miami-based Terras Developers.

Located at 880 Harbor Drive, the mansion was sold by 880 Harbor Drive LLC, which was managed by spec homebuilders Remir Fernando Guardazzi and Sergio Guardazzi in South Miami. Bank of America provided an $8 million mortgage to the buyer.

Brigitte Nachtigall of Great Properties International was the listing agent. The buyer worked with Carmen De Jongh of Colfax Realty International. The price equated to $2,035 per square foot.
