Eight-bedroom Key Biscayne mansion with boatlift, gazebo sold

A mansion situated along Biscayne Bay in Key Biscayne sold for $18 million.

Atlantic USA Inc., managed by Cristina Ron in Coral Gables, sold the 11,028-square-foot home at 9 Harbor Point to Harbor 5k LLC, managed by Thessa Maria Lina Navarro Grau Dyer and Matisse Heilbrunn Navarro Grau , both involved in the mining industry in Peru.

Brigitte De Langeron of Fortune International Realty represented the seller and Giulietta Ulloa of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty represented the buyer. The price equated to $1,632 per square foot.

The home was built on the 27,300-square-foot lot in 2006 and this is the first time it has sold.

It features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a third-floor loggia family room, a dock with a boatlift, a gazebo, a pool, and a fitness room.

Key Biscayne is located off the coast of Miami and has among the highest home values in South Florida.
