Chicago Bear Robert Quinn sells 6-bedroom Glencoe mansion for $3.5M

Chicago Bears outside linebacker Robert Quinn and his wife sold their six-bedroom French Provincial-style mansion in Glencoe for $3.5 million on June 18 — just 11 months after purchasing it for the same amount.

After nine NFL seasons that have included two Pro Bowl appearances, Quinn, 31, signed a five-year, $70 million contract with the Bears in April 2020. He was injured for some of last season and he made a career-low two sacks in 2020.

Built in 2008 and located on Sheridan Road, the 9,000-square-foot mansion has six full bathrooms, three half bathrooms, five fireplaces, an elevator, a cherry wood library, a refrigerated wine cellar, an exercise room with a sauna, a theater room and a kitchen with an oversized island. Other features include a 4,100-square-foot finished basement, a Crestron smart home system and a four-car garage.

Through Quinn’s Texas limited liability company, Elroy Q LLC, the couple bought the mansion in July 2020. They first listed it in January for $3.975 million and found a buyer in May.
