Lawrence Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates was the listing agent. Vittorio P. Faricelli of Illustrated Properties represented the buyer.
It last traded for $7.79 million in March 2020, so it had a nice gain in valid amid the flurry of luxury home sales in wealthy Palm Beach.
