Tom and Giovanna Fletcher sell their five-bedroom Northwood mansion for £2.5million

Strictly Come Dancing heartthrob Tom Fletcher and his I’m A Celebrity winner wife Giovanna have sold their stunning five-bedroom family mansion, complete with a music studio, indoor cinema and walk-in pantry, for £2.5million.

The ex-McFly popstar and Giovanna are set to net a £1.1million profit from the sale of their gorgeous three-storey pad in Northwood, Middlesex, which has almost rocketed in value compared to the £1.4million that Tom paid for it fifteen years ago.

It will be a busy few weeks for Tom, who will now have to juggle packing boxes with dancing classes as he swaps the music studio for the ballroom as one of the BBC’s big names on this year’s series of Strictly Come Dancing, which starts this month.

The Fletchers put the property on the market four months ago, but they have successfully found a buyer with the Rightmove listing which now reads: ‘Sold Subject to Contracts.’

The stunning Middlesex home boasts four bathrooms, a colourful kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a 46ft wide kitchen diner, bi-fold doors into the back garden, CCTV for security, a music room, an indoor cinema room and heated oak flooring.

The master bedroom includes a walk-in dressing area and in-built music system, while the back garden has wooden climbing frame and provides stunning views over open fields. Giovanna and Tom regularly post photos from their brightly interiored home that they share with their three boys, Buzz, seven, Buddy, five and Max, three.

The couple – wed for nine years – have shared their lockdown experiences of homeschooling and fun and games to their combined four million Instagram followers.

Tom snapped up the mansion in at the height of his pop rock band McFly heyday. He got engaged to Giovanna – sister of The Only Way is Essex’s Mario Falcone – in 2011 and they wed a year later.

She won I’m a Celeb last December at Gwrych Castle in north Wales.

The couple are believed to be worth about £10million. He sold 10million records worldwide with the band – which formed in 2003 – and she has carved out a successful career as an author.

The pad has been on the market with Savills. The property listing reads: ‘Originally built by Octagon Developments, and forming part of a select gated community of only eight houses, it is enviably located backing onto greenbelt land with fine far reaching views.

‘The property has been extended and improved by the present owners and now offers an exceptional family living space to the rear.

‘Encompassing the kitchen dining and living areas, spread over a width of 46 feet and taking full advantage of the views to rear with extensive bi fold doors. Ka-ching! Giovanna Fletcher in her enormous five-bed house in Middlesex ‘There is underfloor heating to the ground floor and either ceramic time or antique oak planked flooring. There are ceiling speakers to the living room, cinema room and main bedroom and there are CCTV cameras externally.’It continues: ‘The ground floor has a large central reception hall with a cloaks cupboard and guest WC.
