Pink Lists Stunning Malibu Mansion For $15 Million, Four Months After Purchasing The Oceanfront Property

While we can’t Just Give You A Reason why Pink is ready to sell her Malibu mansion only months after buying it, we know one discerning buyer won’t question it.

On Wednesday, October 6, the “Just Give Me A Reason” songstress listed “Copacabana” singer Barry Manilow ’s estate for $15 million, four months after purchasing the abode for $13.7 million .

It’s unclear why Pink (born Alecia Beth Moore) decided to rid herself of the magnificent property so quickly. The abode was labeled on the listing as a “flip,” but permit records and listing photos, per Realtor , show Pink, 42, didn’t appear to do any renovations on the estate. In addition, she’ll only make a profit of less than six percent if the house is sold for the price she’s asking for.

It seems her latest real estate purchase didn’t work out for her; however, Pink previously owned a home in Malibu, which she bought for $12.5, and rented another, according to Dirt , for $65,000 a month.
