Matthews and his wife, “Design on a Dime” host Casey Noble Matthews, picked up the land in 2013 for $2.6 million, then built their mansion in 2020. They listed the property for $29,995,000 in July 2021 and early 2022. It came back on the market this week at a discounted price.
Clay Matthews was released by the Los Angeles Rams in 2020 after a single season. Now that they’re no longer tied to Southern California, he and his wife have relocated to Nashville to be closer to family, according to the Wall Street Journal.
