North Dakota-based DLH Property Holdings LLC bought a 9,489-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion. The home with five bedrooms and 7 ½ bathrooms also comes with several disappearing walls of glass, a swimming pool with floating zero-edge sides, a swim-up bar, an outside barbeque kitchen with a pizza oven, a man cave, a theater and a 700-square-foot wine cellar.
