Vanessa Hudgens has just sold her Los Feliz mansion for $9 million. American actor and singer Vanessa Hudgens has quietly sold her charming LA mansion , offloading the property in an off-market deal for USD 6.7 million ($9 million).

The 33-year-old thespian had owned the home since 2018, buying the property from Academy and Golden Globe winner Gary Oldman.

Built in 1922, the stunning abode features three bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on a generous and desirable 1740-square-metre block in the affluent locale of Los Feliz . Speaking about her former digs, the High School Musical star said when she was looking to purchase a house, she wanted something with character and rich history.

“I wanted an old home,” Hudgens told AD . “To me, there’s something so romantic about that, a home with character and quirks. American Journalist Ronan Farrow and his partner, comedian Jon Lovett, have reportedly purchased the arresting domicile.
