Waterfront mansion in Boca Raton sells for $12.5M

A mansion on the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton sold for $12.5 million.

The South Ocean Trust, with Ruan C. Martinez and Neville LeR. Smith in Barbados as trustees for the off-shore owner, sold the 8,892-square-foot home at 2821 Spanish River Road to the Lisa J. Leder Revocable Trust, with Lisa J. Leder as trustee. The price equated to $1,406 per square foot.

Joseph G. Liguori , Carmen N. D’Angelo Jr . and Gerard P. Liguori of Premier Estate Properties listed the property.

The home last traded for $5.4 million in 2012, so it more than doubled in value.

Built on the 0.34-acre lot in 2010, the home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, an elevator, a dock, a fireplace surrounded by floor-to-ceiling marble, a pool, a bar, and a balcony.

In March, Leder and her trust sold a mansion in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club for $12.83 million. She works in the real estate industry.
