A recently completed mansion in Palm Beach sold for $23.34 million.
Private equity executive Alexander Coleman , the chairman of New Providence Management Co. in West Palm Beach, and his wife, Amanda B. Coleman , sold the 6,652-square-foot home at 216 Angler Ave. to 216 Angler LLC. The buyer is a Delaware-registered company that used the same address as the home, so it’s not clear who owns it. Lawrence Moens with Lawrence A. Moens Associates represented the seller in the deal.
The price equated to $3,509 per square foot.
Lake Park-based AMC Custom Builders developed the mansion on the 0.52-acre lot. It’s located three homes west of the ocean and features five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a balcony, a fountain, a fitness room, a sauna, a fire pit, and a pool.
A surge in luxury home sales has nearly depleted the inventory of homes for sale in Palm Beach, so newly built homes are selling quickly as well.
