Businesswoman and philanthropist Adrienne Arsht could set a record for the most expensive home sale in Miami-Dade County after listing her Miami estate for $150 million.
With luxury home sales surging in Miami-Dade like never before as more wealthy people move to South Florida, the listing at 3031 Brickell Ave. is one of the priciest ever in the tri-county area. The property has two mansions on a four-acre site along Biscayne Bay, just south of the Brickell Financial District.
She bought the property for $4 million in 1996, and three years later, she built a 16,852-square-foot mansion called Indian Spring, with a design by Jose A. Gelabert-Navia , former Dean of the University of Miami School of Architecture.
The property also has an 8,691-square-foot home built in 1913 by former U.S. Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan . It’s known as Villa Serena and was designated historic by the National Registered of Historic Places in 2012.

The property is listed by Ashley Cusack of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.
