From the outside it looks a regular – if still impressive – mansion house.
A stunning Star Wars themed mansion has been put up for sale and boasts 15 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms. – and it’s own frozen Han Solo.
The property, worth $11.5 million (£8m) has amazed fans of the popular sci-fi film franchise for its amazing attention to detail.
Zillow Gone Wild brought the fantasy home to people’s attention in a post about its fun spaces for aficionados of the franchise.
On the outside, the home, in Kissimmee, Florida looks like a normal two-story home for someone who has lots of money.
It has a rock wall at the front and the remainder of its walls are white with a swimming a pool at the back with balconies overlooking the backyard.
But inside there are some villainous surprises, like Darth Vader here.
After entering through a main door, a black staircase leads to the second floor and a hallway opens up to the living room and kitchen. The cosy family room has a wrap-around couch with blue cushions in front of a modern fireplace and flat-screen TV perfect for watching the movies. Several rooms have been done up to look like the inside of a starship. One wall even features its very own Han Solo, frozen in carbonite like at the end of the Empire Strikes Back. The Daily Star says it also has a games room with arcade games, a bar, laundry room, bowling alley, a golf course, poker room, a sauna and spa, pool tables and ping pong tables. The children’s bedrooms on the second floor feature multiple bunks which look like the inside of a starship. The luxury pad also has as life-sized figures from films such as Baby Yoda, Droids, and even Darth Vader. Fans of the franchise have been overwhelmed by the property, with one writing: “Love, love, love it!!!!!! Someone buy this and make it an Airbnb! “I would get a bunch of friends to split the rent!!”The bunks which can be accessed via ladders would keep the children happy. Not all of the home is Star Wars themed though, like this lavish living room. A second poster added: “I think if I were to win the lotto, I would buy this house without thinking twice. And forget keeping it an AirB&B, I would keep it to myself!”
