Records confirm that married stand-up comedians Tom Segura and Christina Pazsitzky — best-known for their popular “Your Mom’s House” podcast — have officially settled on Lake Austin. Way back in July, they bought a 6,200-square-foot mansion with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms; the property is perched on a knoll in The Island at Mount Bonnell Shores , which has been called the “most expensive” gated community in all of Austin.

Records don’t reveal exactly how much Segura and Pazsitzky paid for their new digs — the Lone Star state is a bit stingy about things like that — but the property was last offered with a $6.5 million asking price. The couple can definitely afford it; over the summer, they sold their former home in Pacific Palisades for $7 million.

Photos of the home are surprisingly scant, but the structure was built in 2018 and styled in a decidedly contemporary manner. Inside, the floorplan is open and bright, with vast public rooms and wide-plank hardwood floors throughout. Equipped with quartz countertops, a huge island and top-of-the-line Wolf and SubZero appliances, the eat-in kitchen connects to adjoining dining and family areas, the latter with a fireplace and both with scenic views through oversized windows.

All five of the home’s bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms, and there are clerestory windows that allow plenty of natural light to filter through the entire house. Out back lies a swimming pool and grassy lawn (not seen in photographs, but visible in aerial views of the property.) Stephanie Nick of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing.

Segura, 42, and Pazsitzky, 45, are just two in a heavy stream of big-name comedians to recently make the residential leap from Los Angeles to Texas’ capital city. Also helping “Keep Austin Weird” are Tony Hinchcliffe and Joe Rogan, the latter of whom recently settled into a $14.4 million compound elsewhere on Lake Austin.
