Beachfront mansion with Christmas room in Ocean Ridge sells for $27M

A beachfront mansion in Ocean Ridge that includes a special room for opening Christmas presents sold for $27 million.

Raymond Gregg Hill Sr. and Marsha Hill sold their homestead property of 12,314 square feet at 6275 N. Ocean Blvd. to the 6275 N. Ocean Boulevard Land Trust, with Simon Lincoln as trustee. It’s not clear who owns the trust. Candace and Phil Friis of the Corcoran Group brokered the deal. The price equated to $2,193 per square foot.

This is the first time the home has sold since it was built on the 0.93-acre site in 2005.

The marketing materials described it as the “ultimate playground for the owners’ grandkids.”

The home features eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a pool with a slide, fireplace, balcony, a catering kitchen, two offices, a coffee bar, a movie room, a fire pit, two laundry rooms, a tiki hut, and a play area modeled after Alice in Wonderland. Two of the bedrooms have built-in bunkbeds. That includes a guest house with a separate kitchen.

There’s also a room decorated with stockings and presents for Christmas.

The Hills still own a condo at Ocean Club in Ocean Ridge.
