San Antonio car dealer Ken Batchelor is selling his $1.1 million mansion in the Dominion

Ken Batchelor has been a fixture of San Antonio’s automotive scene for four decades thanks to the Northside Cadillac dealership that bears his name.

Turns out, he’s also selling a Cadillac of a home in the ritzy Dominion enclave.

Batchelor’s Mediterranean-style home just hit the market for $1.1 million, and the 1986 property is full of clean angles, natural light and Saltillo tile. One of the living areas is even embellished with 40 wall mirrors, which like the furniture aren’t included in the sale price.

Situated on a half acre, the sprawling property includes not just a 2,800-square-foot main structure but a separate, two-story guest house with 1,200 square feet of additional accommodations.

As one might expect from an auto dealer’s home, there’s not just a two-car garage but also separate parking areas for guests plus a golf cart. Plus, the selling agent describes the driveway as “big enough to park 20 cars.”

This home is listed by Justin McDaniel with San Antonio Portfolio Keller Williams Alamo Heights.
