The couple had purchased the Pacific Coast Highway property from supermodel Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber in 2018 for $45 million. Crawford and Gerber had originally listed it for $60 million.
The home was built in the 1940s and has had substantial renovations and additions made over the decades.
“We have a lot of love and fond memories here,” Swatek says of the home. “This is where we had our first date, got engaged, and married. We made countless precious memories with family and friends on this property.
